Federal E-Filing Simplified.

Federal E-Filing Database: Why You Need to Access This Content

If you work in litigation long enough, eventually you will come into contact with the Federal CM/ECF, which is the national system used for filing documents electronically. It is now mandatory for every federal case to be filed and managed utilizing this system. The federal judiciary’s Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system allows case documents, such as pleadings, motions, and petitions, to be filed with the court using a computer and an Internet connection. This process gives the courts a way to easily manage these files electronically.

Unfortunately, when the federal courts rolled out this new mandatory system nationwide, they were unable to train and educate the tens of thousands of attorneys, paralegals and litigation assistants that would be using the new CM/ECF. As a result, there are many firms across California and across the nation that lack a definitive resource related to Federal Efling. We believe educating current and future litigation professionals is critical to keeping up with the evolving demands of technology.

To this end, Maverick Reporting has created a database containing a growing list of content related to Federal E-Fling. This page contains exclusive E-Filing resources all organized in one central location.
